Conditions of Use

Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK and Europe only. Delivery time is normally 2-3 working days after cleared payment for UK and approxe 5 to 10 days for airmail to Europe. For enhanced/next day delivery options please contact us for further information.

Paid orders received by 1pm are usually dispatched on same business day. Orders received after 1pm are dispatched following business day.  Select special delivery and order before 1pm for next day delivery. UK
orders only.

Remittance Terms
Credit Cards and Switch/Solo accepted.

Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed Bigmanshop cannot accept any liability for any error and omissions.


Items out of stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. It is not our policy to substitute items without the customers explicit consent.

Returns/Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product in any way, our return policy is as follows: If you return the product in its original condition (we may charge a cleaning/preparation fee of £10.00 if garments require attention for re-sale) including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money, which you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if appropriate (underwear in not returnable). The cost of the postage in re-sending the goods to you will be charged to you at our published rate.

If you return an item to us, which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason, which is our fault, we will pay you the cost of the return postage (including a replacement if you requested this). If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

All returns must be affected within 14 days of receipt. Please include a note for the reason of your return. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own peace of mind, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
